PREAMBLE
All transactions conducted on the HOLDING TOW CARS web catalog are governed by the following general conditions of sale. Placing an order on this site implies the customer’s unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.
This contract constitutes a distance contract aimed at defining the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the sale of products and services by the company HOLDING TOW CARS, conducted over the Internet
A. VEHICLE CONDITION:
Upon delivery and return of the vehicle, an inventory will be conducted between the lessee and the lessor. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. Any observed damage to the vehicle will be the responsibility of the renter. The lessee certifies that they possess the license authorizing them to drive the vehicle.
B. MECHANICAL CONDITION:
The renter acknowledges that the vehicle is in good working order and condition. The renter is responsible for paying for the fuel consumed during the rental period. Repairs resulting from abnormal breakdowns or negligence on the part of the renter will be their responsibility. Repairs due to normal breakdowns will be the responsibility of HOLDING TOW CARS and will be detailed in a paid invoice along with replaced defective parts. The renter cannot claim compensation for delays, rental cancellations, or necessary repairs during the rental period. If any lamp stops functioning during the rental, the renter must replace it. Failure to do so will result in the tenant being responsible for any police fines incurred.
C. TIRES:
Upon delivery, all five tires are expected to be in good condition. Normal wear is acceptable, but in the event of abnormal wear or damage to any tire, the lessee agrees to immediately replace it with a new one of the same brand and size.
D. DOCUMENTS:
At the end of the rental period, the tenant must return all necessary documents for driving the vehicle. Failure to do so will result in the tenant paying administrative costs to HOLDING TOW CARS, along with additional fees for each day of delay until the documents are returned.
E. RENTAL – DEPOSIT:
The rental amount must be paid in advance and we do not ask for a deposit.
In case of rental extension, the tenant must send the additional rental amount 48 hours before the current rental period expires.
The tenant agrees not to contest payment by the deposit or guarantee in the following situations:
- Unjustified damage
- Loss of documents
- Vehicle impoundment or other related costs, provided HOLDING TOW CARS provides supporting documents
- Late payment or rental extension
The deposit amount is equivalent to the excess amount (see article G).
F. OFFENSES AND VIOLATIONS:
All fines, fees, expenses, and taxes resulting from any violations of traffic or parking regulations during the rental period are the responsibility of the tenant.
G. IN CASE OF ACCIDENT:
The tenant agrees to take all necessary measures to protect the interests of HOLDING TOW CARS and its insurance company in the event of an accident during the rental period. This includes:
- Collecting written information from involved parties and witnesses
- Not admitting fault or discussing liability with involved parties
- Not abandoning the vehicle without ensuring its safety
- Notifying the nearest HOLDING TOW CARS agency and the police, if necessary
- Providing a detailed written report of the incident within two days (or 24 hours in case of theft), along with police reports and witness information
In the event of a responsible accident, the tenant must pay HOLDING TOW CARS an excess amount as follows:

Renault Express : Comprehensive Insurance : 800 EURO
Dacia duster : Comprehensive Insurance : 1300 EURO
Dacia Dokker : Liability Insurance
Dacia Lodgy : Liability Insurance
Dacia Logan : Liability Insurance
Dacia Sandero : Liability Insurance
Hyundai i10 : Liability Insurance
Skoda Octavia : Liability Insurance
H: INSURANCE:
Comprehensive insurance with the lowest excess in the market is included in the package.
The tenant is responsible for covering repair costs for damages caused to the vehicle under their responsibility during the rental period.
Exclusions from insurance coverage include:
- Radio, telephone, and car key
- Accessories
- Abnormal tire wear
- Damage to vehicle components below the vehicle
- Personal belongings inside the car or trunk, or on the roof rack, for which the customer remains their own insurer
I. USE OF THE VEHICLE:
The vehicle must not be used for:
- Transporting passengers for payment
- Transporting contraband goods
- Towing other vehicles or trailers
- Participating in motor sports competitions
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Additionally, the vehicle may only be driven by individuals designated in the contract, with prior authorization from HOLDING TOW CARS. The driver must be at least 21 years old (25 years and above for high-end vehicles) and possess a valid driver’s license for at least 24 MONTHS.
J: ONLINE PAYMENT
To confirm your order, you can choose the online payment method offered by HOLDING TOW CARS on the payment page. In this case, the transaction will be debited from your account the day following the reservation confirmation date. Your multi-channel payments are secured by the Interbank Electronic Payment Center (CMI), ensuring a completely secure payment service. By choosing to pay by bank card, you guarantee to HOLDING TOW CARS that you have the necessary authorizations to use the selected payment method. Provisions regarding fraudulent use of payment methods as per agreements between the consumer and the card issuer, and between HOLDING TOW CARS and its banking establishment, apply in case of payment by bank card.
Data recorded by CMI on the Multi-channel payment platform on behalf of HOLDING TOW CARS serves as proof for all commercial transactions between you and the company HOLDING TOW CARS.
